My Android phone is not magnetic and I had to remove the case and add the supplied metal ring. I used rubbing alcohol on the back of the phone and after letting it dry attached the included metal ring. I was pleased that it had a strong connection but when I tried to remove the phone the adhesive did not hold and the phoe broke loose from the metal ring. I am on a trip and when I return home I will use my heat gun to try for a better bonding of the adhesive.

Received my Vion phone mount a few days ago. Very high quality craftsmanship with a touch of elegance. I went to one of our Tesla meet-up today and lot of people really liked the phone mount that I had in my 2026 Model Y Quick Silver Juniper. This is honestly a premium quality, thoughtful product that strongly holds your (MagSafe-compatible) phone at the perfect spot. Tools are included and it took me 60 seconds to install and position it. It’s worth the money!
This is excellent stable. Doesn’t vibrate around not put in with double face tape it’s put in with a long extended bolt. It’s just it’s the one to buy finally.
